Over twenty years experience in property

Our Founder, Emma Stubbings, is passionate about taking unloved buildings and converting them into stand-out homes that people feel excited to live in.

Working in property full-time since 2012, Emma has grown an impressive portfolio consisting of flats, HMOs, and commercial properties.

Prior to property, Emma worked in the corporate world where she gained experience in business growth, sales, marketing, and team-management. She is now keen to share her diverse knowledge with others looking to scale their businesses, through her 1-2-1 Coaching Service.
